Our Story – From Aviation to Purpose-Driven Home Services

Hi, I’m Jason Andrews, Founder and CEO of We Just General Services Ltd (We Just Clean) — and before I ever picked up a mop, I spent over 20 years in the aviation industry, holding senior leadership positions across the Caribbean.

My last role was Chief Operating Officer for the Caribbean at one of the largest ground handling companies in the world. I managed operations in multiple countries, coordinated hundreds of staff across airports, and ensured precision in high-pressure environments — because in aviation, there’s no room for error.

So, you might ask — how does someone with that background end up in the cleaning and home services industry?

The answer is simple: I saw a gap, and I knew I could fill it.

In both aviation and in life, I’ve learned that people want trust, reliability, and results. Whether it's boarding a flight or booking a cleaner, what they really want is peace of mind. And that’s exactly what I set out to build — a one-stop solution for services that people depend on every day.

Starting We Just Clean wasn’t easy. I poured every single penny I had into this business — not because it was easy, but because I believed in the mission. I believed that people deserved better. Better service. Better systems. Better standards.
