How to Prepare for Your Upcoming Housecleaning

To help us deliver exceptional service, please prepare for your scheduled cleaning by:

1. Removing clutter: Clear surfaces of items like clothing, toys, and dishes in the kitchen sink to allow our team to clean effectively.

2. Securing your pets: Find a safe and comfortable spot for your pets while we clean.

3. Setting out linens: If you’d like us to change your sheets, place clean linens on each bed for us to use.

4. Arranging payment: Please ensure payment has been arranged in advance if you are paying via Bank Transfer. If you are paying by Credit Card, payment will be processed on completion.

While it’s important to declutter your home before we arrive, there’s no need to pre-clean—after all, cleaning is what we do! Let us take care of the hard work.

What to Expect Before the Clean

Before our cleaning team arrives, we’ll confirm the details of your cleaning plan. Most of our customers are either at work or busy with other plans during their scheduled clean, so many provide us with a spare key or access code. Rest assured, we cross-reference all house keys for added security. If you prefer not to leave a key or code, please ensure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time.

If you need to adjust your cleaning schedule, give us a call as soon as possible. While we appreciate 72 hours’ notice, we understand that life happens. For changes with shorter notice, a small fee may apply.

What to Expect During the Clean

Our cleaning professionals are carefully selected and must meet strict standards, including passing a comprehensive background check. They also receive extensive training in the We Just Clean method to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

If you’re home when our team arrives, we’ll work around your routine. If you’re not home, our team will take care of dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and other tasks while you go about your day.

We operate Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and bring all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and a professional attitude to ensure your home shines.

Since no two homes are alike, we sometimes spend extra time to provide thorough attention where needed. Rest assured, we dedicate the time required to deliver the best results.

Payment is requested at the time of service. We accept only Bank Transfer or credit cards, depending on your preference. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH

After your initial cleaning, our team will follow up to get your honest feedback. If you ever wish to update your cleaning preferences, just let us know, and we’ll adjust your service plan accordingly.
