Your Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Supervision
Serve as an integral member of the leadership team, driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and employee morale.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to align service delivery with business goals and customer expectations.
Field Training and Quality Assurance
Conduct in-house and on-site training sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Perform random quality inspections to identify areas for process improvement and individual development.
Maximizing Service Efficiency
Work closely with service professionals to eliminate barriers to success and foster a high-performance culture.
Provide coaching and mentorship to support professional growth.
Take Employees to and from Jobs
Step in and perform cleaning duties when regular staff members are unavailable.
Sales and Customer Engagement
Conduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial clients, highlighting the value of our services and setting clear expectations.
Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional service experience.
Creating Life-Long Customers

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Excellent Communication Skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Experience in developing training programs and conducting quality audits
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Sales experience with strong closing skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Requirements
Must live within a reasonable commute to our office in Arima
2+ years of experience in training, quality assurance, or process standardization
2+ years of leadership or team supervision experience
Experience with CRM systems and previous cleaning industry experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Must pass a background check
