Your Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Supervision

  • Serve as an integral member of the leadership team, driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and employee morale.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to align service delivery with business goals and customer expectations.

Field Training and Quality Assurance

  • Conduct in-house and on-site training sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Perform random quality inspections to identify areas for process improvement and individual development.

Maximizing Service Efficiency

  • Work closely with service professionals to eliminate barriers to success and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support professional growth.

  • Take Employees to and from Jobs

  • Step in and perform cleaning duties when regular staff members are unavailable.

Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Conduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial clients, highlighting the value of our services and setting clear expectations.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional service experience.

Creating Life-Long Customers

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Excellent Communication Skills with a friendly, positive attitude

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Proven leadership and coaching skills

  • Experience in developing training programs and conducting quality audits

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Sales experience with strong closing skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Requirements

  • Must live within a reasonable commute to our office in Arima

  • 2+ years of experience in training, quality assurance, or process standardization

  • 2+ years of leadership or team supervision experience

  • Experience with CRM systems and previous cleaning industry experience is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must pass a background check
