Position Summary:

We Just General Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Weekend Customer Service and Sales Agent to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between customers and service agents or contractors, ensuring timely arrivals, following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, and promoting our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordination: Communicate with service agents or contractors to confirm their schedules and ensure they arrive at customer locations on time.

  • Follow-Up: Contact customers post-service to verify that services were completed satisfactorily and address any concerns or feedback.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating to the General Manager when necessary.

  • Sales: Promote and sell We Just General Services Ltd's services to potential customers, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential customers into clients.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, sales activities, and feedback.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience preferred, particularly in the general services or related industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service and sales software, and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the specified hours.
