Job Title: Crew Chief

Job Summary: We Just General Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Pressure Washing Crew Chief to lead and manage our pressure washing team. The Crew Chief will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of power washing jobs, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service. This role operates on a pay-for-performance model.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of pressure washing technicians to complete residential and commercial pressure washing jobs efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, and logistics to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Inspect work sites before and after jobs to ensure quality standards are met and address any customer concerns or issues.
Operate power washing equipment safely and train team members on proper usage and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of job details, time spent, and materials used.
Communicate with clients to provide estimates, updates, and follow-up on services rendered.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during jobs to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pressure washing or a related field, with a strong understanding of power washing techniques and equipment.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical ability to perform the demanding tasks associated with pressure washing, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
