Position Summary:

We Just General Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Agent to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, promoting our services to potential clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking.

  • Sales Outreach: Contact potential customers via phone, email, and other communication methods to introduce We Just General Services Ltd’s offerings.

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate services and solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Market Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to help improve our service offerings and sales approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in the general services or related industry, preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday during the specified hours.
